Good morning everyone. Enjoyed my holiday very much, my body clock has not adjusted yet as here I am on the computer at 3.15 a.m.. Hope everyone is keeping well. Joy! How very nice to see you. You'll be back on schedule in no time. I looked in on Friendly Faces a couple of times in your absence. I'll bet your peeps are delighted you're home again.

Very descriptive, Who. Stay dry, if possible ... you, too, TF. Loverly, Sugi. Most everyone loves a sunbeam. My kitty seeks them out. Have a good'un mouse. It's bright and sunny here after early rain. I got a pic of the Super Moon last night and shall try to put it up later.

Thank you Beth. The super moon was fantastic. Outside our house was like daylight. Wish some rain would come our way everything is so brown and it is warm for this time of the year. Everyone have a great day.

I'll bet next week will be summer again for you, mouse. At least I hope so. Our summer is relentless. More bright sun today. The plant life is running wild as it always does in August. I am glad we are getting enough rain that we do not need to water the lawns, at least. Everything very lush and full bloom.
The fresh peach pies I made last week were a great success. We are going back to the farmers market tomorrow to see what other goodies we can find. I am hoping for butternut squash.

Good morning. Making home made veggie soup this morning so looking forward to lunch. May even pick up a duster. When the sun shines in, it doesn't look good.

Hi, Joy. Veggie soup sounds great and I'll be looking forward to that in the fall. It's still hot summertime in the Greater Ohio River Valley so we're having mostly salads and grills. Do you cook your soups and stews in the Crock Pot or simmer on stove top? Sometimes, I think I could be a happy vegetarian except for fish. Then, I remember pulled pork BBQ and chicken and rice.
