Children are the prime illness spreaders. Absolutely. I was actually quite healthy the last 10 years or so I worked in the classroom. I had already contracted everything going around and built up an immunity to it. Oh mouse, I am so sorry about the smoking. Most of us used to smoke, but when we were informed about what we could expect, we managed to quit. Not a fun experience but well worth the effort. Can't you change over to the electronic cigs? Even the younger people are using them now. have tried the e giggies..but to no avail..i have virtually stopped...5-6 per day and even that is suspect as most of the time I don't really smoke them...at the moment needless to say I am not smoking at all as its an impossibility...but the damage is done and cannot be undone.....one good thing though...its made daughter stop and been a good lesson to the grandchildren The last smoking I did was 26 years ago. It wasn’t that difficult to stop because I smoked because I liked it. A couple of pack of cigarettes a day, 3 or 4 cigars, and a pipe a couple of times a day. I didn’t just like it I loved it. Today I could easily start again, but I refuse to pay the prices they are charging today. I never did chew, but had relatives (men and women) who did and they seemed to like it. Oh well, I don’t smoke any more, drink very little (although scotch is next to nectar), my wife won’t let me take care of the neighborhood widows, and I’m too old to fight any more. Life is just turning gray.

I smoked 35 years, and like Men, I loved it but I quit 11 years ago. My late husband died at age 55 from emphysema..my youngest smokes and I wish he didn't.

It's the current wonder cure for mild depression and I hear it works wonders.

I found out my vitamin d level was low, normal for this area because not alot of sunshine, so I take a suppliment every day.

I'm very attached to mine at this point.

hi all...from a very ropey coughing like mad old girl.....finally crashed around 2-30ish and woke about an hour ago.. so at least ive managed to sleep ...I still have some sort of temp but not as it has been....and breathing is improved... think it will be home bound for a couple of days..rest and warmth Jessie.. am already on medication..so my medical needs and care are on going with access to what ever I need almost instantly available I should have stopped smoking years ago....but I am sure daughter brought this what eveer it is back from her stint at the school...children are such little breeding ground for bugs...bless em I'm sorry you don't feel well, Isabel. Good that you got some sleep! I need to do that (sleep) soon. Guaranteed 4 hours with a benadryl. I'm glad you got to come in on the late shift for a change. Babylon by Night is usually a nice place to be. Night owls are often very interesting people. I try to get here for at least a couple of late hours and enjoy it.

Nights are the best time, but my work hours don't allow for it. Maybe now and then on a weekend. We have sunshine but it's weak winter rays and cold. Supposed to get into the teens F tonight and then next week into the sinble digits. I'm working inside this morning and glad of it.

Wow! I don't know what's wrong with it. I tried to set you back to your original 20 but I don't have any KP to give for 15 more minutes now.
Anybody who wants to. please click on Chef's smilie bobble head and try to give her a K point.

I'll be back later and try again. I kind of think this might be my fault because I deleted a KP from you last night, not realizing it was your last one til it was too late. Even they I didn't think it would take you out!
We'll keep working with it til we get it back.
We really need a thumbs down because that would be far better than losing KP. What will you have to bet with on Derby Day '17?
