It's a good thing she's housebroken. My parents went through a lot of extra work keeping up with my pets. Now, they won't even talk about having a dog that is younger than a year old.

Really beautiful, Beth. You caught the rainbow just right! Thank you, Annie. I'm glad I got anything at all! Thought I had aimed too high for the raibow but got lucky. It was actually a double rainbow. Incredible!

WalMart has more choices and Target has nicer merchandise. But, like you've decided to do, I go to Target and Kohl's because they're closer and usually have something that will do.

for what ever reason my picasa isn't accepting my camera for me to get my photos on the computer...it will only accept a kodack and not a cannon...which is very very annoying will have another try to morrow..as have several things I want to get into my photo albums....in frustration i shall go and kick the cat.....[that is a manner of speech in normal parlance and not a reality as we don't HAVE a cat and even if we had one I wouldn't kick it] lawdy if I had half a brain cell left I would have realised I hadn't pluged into the computer ...honestly am not fit to be in charge of myself so all sorted now...now all that remains is to upload those I want and send them off to where I want them to go....but I need a nice cuppa tea first and here we are Michka aged 14 weeks

Yes, pets are like children in a way and have to be seen to. A friend, here, took her two small dogs on a veeks trip to another state this year. The motel where they stayed charged her $80. per night extra for each dog. I thought that was rather extreme. Our cloud situation is usually rather boring in summe. This past week was exceptional. Sky & cloud paintings are very nice. I can see how they must be fun to create.

over here its around £10 pernight[food not included] well that's what we generally pay but its worth it for peace of mind..Em wouldn't have done well in Kennels..we left her once with a friend[the one now in Wales]years ago...until she moved to Wales and we including EM stayed with her...EM would not go into her house or garden[and we know J would never have hurt her in any way and she was really upset... EM must have been reacting to being left in her own dog way

It was a pretty good set up because they did take a personal interest ... wouldn't keep more than 6 at one time and gave them attention. They made their money as breeders and kept the kennel service as a courtesy. Now, my son, daughter, brother and I pass our pets around for each other to keep when we're out of town.

We had a good Father's Day. We invited both sets of parents to our house for midday dinner and a celebration for all 3 fathers. Everybody seemed to have a very nice time. We hope to do it again next year.
