Tobes in regard to the skripal case I wouldn't trust our government as far as I could throw it. any trust I had in government was reduced first by Dr Kelly and then Irak bit by bit till Brexit ...have abso0lutely no trust.. no respect and certainly no liking for the despicable mob of shysters and self servers totally a bunch of liars and crooks bar a small handfull

Warm and sunny but it might not last long. There are storms coming through from the west.

It's just now daylight. Birds singing and starting to warm up. There's wind and rain coming in from the west but so far, our forecast is mild and up into the 60s F.

Me too, Dex. Lovely warm spring day and then all these storm forecasts and even a tornado warning.

Warmish today and dry, warmer tomorrow but going to be rainy, the locals are confidently predicting spring is almost here, I plan to get a metal detector and scan all the beaches when Holidaymakers arrive, somebody must have lost valuables over the last decades and with every tide the sands are always different so stuff lurking underneath is brought up.

It's hard to tell with Spring, Toby1. Sometimes it's early and sometimes late. Sometimes we get a spring preview in January or February called Roman Spring. You can count on summer to start in late May or early June and then linger through some long mellow days in September and October.
We are under tornado watch for the rest of today. Schools are just now letting out. Hope the warning was a caution only.

We're right in the middle of this "bomb cyclone" right now. A full tornado touched ground a few times just south east of us. Not sure whether it caused any kind of serious damage.
It's still daylight here and ice pellets are hitting the windows. Some friends of ours are waiting for this to blow over before they leave for work.
Best to all. Stay put til it's safe.
