Logically, if evolution is a continuing process then humans - like any other life form - ought to be capable of further evolution.

Interesting; I would have thought that considering some of the extreme conditions under which our ancestors lived (like the Ice Ages for example) humans were probably pretty capable of adapting even to a more sedentary lifestyle without any severely negative results. But if our brains are evolving so well how can we explain the fact that our brain size is SMALLER than that of Neanderthals? And why is there so much stupidity and irrationalism in the world? I'd say our brains were probably still in need of vastly more evolution.

its an interesting fact that once good food became the norm the men of Lancashire/Yorkshire both counties being the seat of industries mining/factories etc noticeably altered in height and breadth before that those two counties were known for the short and wirey stature of their men... and twrmed the Lancashire ferret and the Yorkshire tyke if you have watched last of the Summer wine tv seris.. then you can see why men from those two counties were so named..or a look at the people of Nepal

The mind does not evolve in a biological sense. It can learn. why does the human race seem to be becoming MORE irrational? Because it's largely religious, like you.

No, Fret, it's because too many people like you are arrogant and bigoted and can't tell the difference between opinions and facts.

Praise indeed! arrogant and bigotedIf being correct is arrogant and bigoted then I'm guilty as charged.
