just finished reading a book by an american author Sarah Lyall who is married to an English man
a FIELD GUIDE TO THE British ... i found it resonably amusing..spot on in some parts but overall interesting...see your selves as others see you
and yes we are obsessed with the weather possibly because it changes so frequently
