Patrick Stewart, one of Labour’s most high-profile members, has abandoned the party he has supported for 73 years after saying he no longer knows “what it stands for”. The Star Trek actor, who attended his first Labour event when he was five, said: “It doesn’t feel like my party any more” as he attacked Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership. Sir Patrick recalled a frosty first encounter with the Labour leader a few weeks ago, saying: “He was talking to a group of my friends after a theatre performance and I wandered up to join them. He said he bumped into the Labour leader who caught his eye and said 'you are looking well'. Sir Patrick added: 'I made some light-hearted riposte along the lines of "you can’t judge a book by its cover". 'For some inexplicable reason, this annoyed him, and he shot back "you know, Patrick, you could just have said ‘thank you’ instead of making a joke out of it.” 'I couldn’t understand how he could take offence at such an utterly innocuous remark, and no one else could, and it made for rather an awkward silence.' www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2018/08/16/sir-patrick-stewart-quits-labour-party-reveals-awkward-encounter/Make it so!

Corbyn has a lot on his mind at the moment, his being caught out in a deliberate Lie has really harmed him with the UK Public and I suppose he may have been a bit tetchy so replied in a caustic manner to Patrick Stewart. If Patrick Stewart has renounced a lifetime of supporting Labour on the basis of a chance remark then it appears his Socialist convictions were wafer thin !!

MAKE MOMENTUM HATE AGAIN: Corbynista pressure group call on supporters to use hate as a campaign tactic At a Momentum political festival in April, Dr Paolo Gerbaudo, a lecturer at King’s College London, said Momentum's campaigning tactics should include hate.
“My answer is hate . . . Make the left hate again . . . I’m full of hate these days,” he said.
Gerbaudo addressed the Momentum event in April, however, his comments have only just come to light according to The Telegraph.www.politicalite.com/corbyn/make-momentum-hate-corbynista-pressure-group-call-supporters-use-hate-campaign-tactic/Momentum is a party within the Labour party dedicated to Corbyn's extreme far left socialism.
