This male student accused of sexual misconduct by a female accuser wasn't allowed to defend himself on the grounds that doing so would 'impose psychological trauma' on his accuser.
If you read the full article it's a sad example of misandry and sexism and unfair procedures by the college.
The girl's word was taken in spite of contrary evidence and the man was denied justice.
