Almost every time she steps out, Theresa May's footwear makes headlines. From shiny, thigh-high boots to funky flats and flirty kitten heels, our new PM is well known for her showstopping shoes — particularly in her signature leopard-print.

Last week though, she showed off the most surprising yet: a snazzy hybrid of trainers and shoes, known as a 'troe' (pronounced 'troo').

am all for comfort..though I have never worn trainers...have tried them on but find them too clumpy
but these look just the job..
and have been looking at this type of foot wear for ages looking for a design which appealed even though I am not busy or a working woman ..in the summer I always wear comfortable sandles when relaxing laving the wear of proper shoes for going out when dressing up rather than down is in order ..
the winter is more difficult though with either shoes or boots being the custom even if just going down the road to see a friend [and shoes and boots are so dreary usually ]
like Mrs May my sig is animal prints...so will happily go for a pair of these with a leopard design just as soon as I can find them
