lol Well, just as long as you didn't get hurt too much. I've seen some bad bad bruises from falling on ice. This is what I wanted to do. You are so funny Sysop3 I couldn't stop laughing at your smilie. I kept falling backward onto my rear end Which ofcourse was responsible for what happened. I think I tried to stretch the dress back to normal till it dried. I then was able to go home. Vowing never to wear the dress in such circumstances again. I seem to love getting myself into embarrassing situations every now and then.

Hope so, at least. I'm leaving soon to sleep for awhile. Thursday was an unusually busy day, capped off by an extra long PT session. One of the therapists is moving and they had a little party for him before the exercise routines started. Hopefully, they'll replace him with someone just as good. Now, we're moving into the weekend. The week flew by. Be back later in the day.

That's part of the Boy Scout creed in this country.

You're sure to have a very nice weekend! I don't have a lot planned. Sometimes that sort of start turns out to be the best kind of all. Saturday's grocery shopping. Kind of dread that but if the produce dept. is fresh and full of seasonal delights, that can definitely help. A little while ago, I found and resurrected (favorite videos in Chat and Play) that great old (2008) clip of the drive up the Bealach Na Ba, the highest road in the British Isles. A great stress buster.

I love your booth, Sadie. If I had dogs, I wouldn't be able to resist buying a few goodies. Hope you have a wonderful day with grandson, mouse. It's a bright, blue skies, sunny Sunday here. I have a lazy day planned. Hope it works out that way.

Took a walk in the beautiful sunshine....blue skies, nice breeze and 62°...going yo make it part of everyday routine. I read something the other day that said a 15 minute walk everyday adds year to our lives. If I didn't have a lot of activity going on with my job I'd try it. Might do it anyway.

People out walking in the evening is a common sight in my neighborhood. Admittedly, it's very popular with the older generation whilst younger folk prefer sport or other cooler activities. I imagine in some areas it's not a safe option, either because of the traffic or the kind of people hanging around. I'm quite lucky in both aspects. The roads and pavements are wide, and the people are friendly. To ease back trouble, I went out walking every night for a few months - it certainly shifts the weight when you keep up a fast pace. Should really start again come cooler autumn nights.... Last time I went out though, we came back with a kitten - don't wanna do that too often
