sunny and bright with lots of clouds yesterday it went very cold..even though the sun did its best...a cold wind blew so much so I put on a sweater..and we had the heating on last evening..the temps have really gone down frind is bringing her seedlings to be looed after while she goes on holiday for five days..she pops in every two or threedays days so it will be quiet without her just going to be lazy today...

the hot weather combined with pollen/pollution is affecting my breathing..so will be staying in for the next few days..which is a pity as theres a jaunt to one of my favourites place to morrow..to a castle which has a glorious walled garden full of Roses and Perenial flowers[which I have posted photos of before...but its no use going ..only to suffer difficulties afterwards.. so daughter is going for me..grrrrrrr not sunny as yet this morning but it will be later..yesterday was a scorcher in the afternoon

Well, now I am confused. I thought the Queen's birthday was several days ago. I'm sure it is all very festive. Mouse, most people here that I know have spring allergies and they can turn into sinusand chest infections if care isnot taken. Better to be bored a few days than end up in hospital. There are good OTC medications that can help. Ask your doctor. I hope you are back out in the sun, soon. It is chilly here, too, but sunny. My morning baking turned out Key Lime pies and an apple and pear cobbler. Chef, that is a pretty knick-knack keepsake. Very nice find.

Very nice find. don't be confused Jessie... the queen has two birthdays official and unofficial..her actual real birthday is April 21st..and usually she spends it at home..with no engagements her official birthday is usually the 2nd week of june...when she reviews the colours ie the trooping of the colours..this year was a landmark birthday so all the fuss was made..any ones 90th birthday I would think is a big cause for celebrating Jessie I ended up going to the docs about my breathing...its slightly better this am am taking some new tablets...which reminds me I have forgotton to take them...whoops..will go and do that over cast and grey with rain expected

It's bright and sunny here but still cool. I'm off to take my daughter and a little friend to the park. We should be able to give up the jackets and sweaters by the weekend.
Glad you got something to help with the breathing, mouse.
Mind the allergies and (sorry to be bossy) don't smoke.
