Filing complaints in regard to board content (posts, embeds, attachments, etc.) should be done by Private Message to Fretslider, Beth or Sadie. Specific information is necessary including the location of the content in question - topic, thread and post number. Response to complaints will be as soon as possible ... within 24 hours at most. regards,

Can I just add that spurious complaints regarding 'tone' or 'being patronised' will not be followed up.

If the complaint has something to do with PB's technical problems or V5 issues, please use the Help Desk (topic), for asking questions and leaving comments. That way, someone will see you right away.
