Kevin Campbell says he is not bitter about losing £7m Rio Ferdinand, the former England and Manchester United defender, Kevin Campbell, the former Arsenal, Everton and West Brom striker, Andy Cole, the former Manchester United forward and pundits Martin Keown, Danny Murphy and Robbie Savage are among more than 100 footballers to have invested via Kingsbridge Asset Management. That firm is headed up by David McKee and Kevin McMenamin, who are alleged to have earned £5 million in commission from investments, many of which tanked or resulted in the players’ receiving tax demands from HM Revenue & Customs, which challenged the film schemes’ legality.

oh dear...but will any one really care...afterall they are payed micky mouse sums of money to kick a ball around and those on the national teams don't warrant any pay at all so useless have they become on the field in international games perhaps a bit of hunger could make them concentrate more on the game and less on the life style

At least 2 of those named are working as football pundits, Martin Keown on Match of the Day and indeed Danny Murphy is too, Robbie Savage is a regular pundit on Radio 5. So they will still be comfortably well off, doubt they have all their eggs in one basket.
