In my youth I can recall reading a piece in the papers about how the locals were complaining about the behaviour of Paras on nights out. With typical erudite and military conciseness, not to mention logic, the colonel said, "These people expect us to train these men to fight like animals on their behalf so they themselves don't have to fight. As such, these people shouldn't be surprised if these men then behave like animals."

He had a point!

These people are not up to the level of animals but neither can they be referred to as Homo Sapiens Sapiens. The are at best pre-hominids who pee on each other. Their best value may be to 'targets' painted on their backs and heads and turned loose. If wolves can be gone after by hunters for attacking domesticated Animals, then it would seem reasonable to these sub humans as targets for hunters because they go after human culture.
