It is not easy to keep warm nowadays in Texas because the reliance on wind power has highlighted the failure of wind turbines to reliably produce power during cold weather when it is raining. There are reports of folk who relied upon electric heating to have Frozen to Death !! yes Folks no joke, Frozen to Death in Texas and that's because freezing rain stopped the windmills from turning so no power and massive swathes of darkness exist in the largest State.
This means that if you rely on Electricity from wind then you deserve everything you get, you would be better sticking a rubber tube into a Cows anus and using the gas to burn, it is almost pure Methane !
