Read in full the new, re-opened and revised Withdrawal Agreement here:order-order.com/2019/10/17/read-full-new-deal/So, Boris has cut a deal with Junker. Normally that deal would be put to parliament to approve or reject... Jolyon Toby Dennis Maugham QC, a barrister as of 2019 practising in tax law thinks otherwise. Jolyon Maugham is at it again, this time he wants to stop Britain leaving with a deal. He has just tweeted “I intend to lodge an immediate petition for an injunction in the Court of Session preventing the Government from placing the Withdrawal Agreement before Parliament for approval. We expect that petition to be lodged tomorrow and to be heard on Friday.”
He believes the Government’s proposed Withdrawal Agreement is contrary to section 55 of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018. Guido is no legal genius, even so it seems obvious that the government will, if need be, as part of the deal’s legislative package amend this Act. That is pretty obvious. So why is he grandstanding pointlessly?
Could it be that he is addicted to the attention? Guess what, he’s going to need more money again from a crowdfunder…order-order.com/2019/10/16/jolyon-going-court-friday-stop-deal/People are getting fed up of these elitist cretins as the Extinction Rebellion protesters found out at Canning Town this morning... gatesofbabylon.com/thread/26105/extinction-rebellion-gets-duffing

I can't see that, Labour are well behind in the polls.... but an election is the only way... cannot have another referendum as the first one hasn't been implemented as yet.....and who would trust the result of any new referendum held now...…..a heavily monitered election is the only thing which would be accepted

I doubt this parliament could agree on anything at all.

this parliament...…..is beyond words to describe... they have totally lost sight or understanding of why they are in Westminster...am not surprised so many are stepping down,,,, jumping before they are pushed..... and some are actually complaining about the treatment they are on the receiving end of from their constituents and public at large did they think they could actually get away with denying the result of a referendum[the wording of which was not advisory at all] I think they are very lucky only to be on the receiving end of verbal abuse...…...out of touch with the people of the country doesn't even cover their behaviour... more like medieval barons than servants of the people...…. now all we have to do is squash corbin like the vermin he is and the libdum especially eu bought and paid for swinson whether the electiin results will be what people actually want...we shall have to wait and see....and then go with the result[lawful]…...and take it from there..... oddly enough I still think that a majority result should be acted on … inspite of everthy thing …..

since the calling for an election for December was announced MPs are resigning left right and center but only those who know they would face the rage and contempt of the electorate so wile they are jumping before being pushed... they are still trying to con the electorate.. thinking if they go and some one new stands the new person will be elected as they are not carrying any baggage.... seems calling a n election works better than rat bait in the dark corners of Westminster...falling on their swords for the sake of the party... how very ignoble … all political parties should have a new slogan... for the few not the many

They'll be fully signed up to their respective agendas. Of the two, Johnson has to be the least worst option. Failing that another hung parliament - anything but Corbyn.
