Two days before conference, a failed coup to abolish the deputy leader was attempted
A top Corbyn aide resigned saying there was no prospect of getting into government
Labour excludes Jews from debating anti-semitism - Labour is being officially investigated for its anti-semitism problem...
A disturbing poll of Labour's membership was published:
The poll was commissioned by Mainstream, a new cross-party campaign group combating political extremism, to be led by former Labour MP Ian Austin.
Only 23 per cent of those surveyed agreed that the party has a “serious” antisemitism problem among its membership, and 37 per cent blamed accusations of antisemitism on “political opponents who want to undermine Jeremy Corbyn”.

Marxist zealots have seized control at every level since Jeremy Corbyn became leader — and are poisoning the debate with their hardline views. An exclusive poll of a broad range of grassroots members reveals how far the party has moved to the fringes, hours after a foiled plot to topple deputy leader Tom Watson.
Labour is now firmly in the grip of revolutionaries who want to get rid of the Royal Family, scrap Britain’s nuclear deterrent and take control of the media. Fanatics are so dominant that Mr Corbyn will be free to renationalise public services, wage class war and drive out dissenters.
Last night Labour moderates reacted with dismay after a YouGov poll of over 1,100 members showed:
HALF would feel bored, embarrassed or angry about singing the National Anthem;
MORE blame the British Government and Army for the Troubles in Northern Ireland than say it was the fault of the IRA;
SIX in ten want to abolish the royals for a republic;
NEARLY seven in ten think it would be legitimate for unions to stage a general strike to bring down a Tory government;
TWO THIRDS believe the party doesn’t have a problem with anti-Semitism, and 54 per cent believe the crisis is the fault of the media or Corbyn’s opponents;
AND 56 per cent would be opposed to doing post-Brexit trade deals with Israel.
FEWER THAN 30 PER CENT OF LABOUR MEMBERS BLAME ISLAMIC TERROR GROUPS FOR ATTACKS IN UK
The survey was commissioned by Ian Austin. He quit Labour to be an independent MP in February over the “culture of extremism and intolerance” created by Mr Corbyn.

Today they'll be discussing the abolition and seizure of private schools and removing the child protection watchdog....
Over the last day, the Labour Party has been desperately attempting to claw back positive media coverage – from the current chaos narrative of infighting and splits – with a number of radical policy announcements. One of those is the plan to scrap Ofsted, which the party has said is a “flawed inspection system” that is biased against poorer schools. A policy they clearly hadn’t fully thought through…
Labour plan on replacing the inspection watchdog with “regular “health checks” run by local authorities”. Whilst the policy has been criticised by many, one point has been overlooked: Ofsted is also responsible for child protection, regulating social care for vulnerable children outside of schools. Not a good look good from the party that ran Rotherham council during the child abuse scandal…
There is already currently a consultation by the Government to request more inspections to keep children safe. Labour’s new policy would water down the inspection system that the Government already views as potentially inadequate.

Yes, guess which party runs the towns where grooming is rife and allowed to continue... you can't accuse them of being racist - unless you include the thousands of underage white girls, of course.
And there's bad news for the paedophile's friend, Harriet Harperson and her ambition to replace Speaker Bercow. The Corbynistas are not happy about it. Once Harriet was the far left, but now she's positively rabidly right wing as far as the Corbynistas are concerned:
Harriet Harman has vowed to continue her campaign to become Speaker of the House of Commons despite opposition from her constituency party members.
This week, her Camberwell and Peckham members called on her to pull out – or face deselection as her seat’s automatic candidate in the next general election.
The motion was proposed by one Nick Wrack, who stood against Harman as a Trade Unionist Socialist Coalition candidate in 2015, who said of the decision: “Camberwell & Peckham decided democratically that we’d rather have a Labour MP in parliament than Harriet Harman as Speaker.
Wrack, it should be noted, is now firmly embedded in Momentum, the far left party within the Labour party:
He went on to say by becoming Speaker, Harman would effectively extricate herself from being accountable to her local party; where key positions are held by Momentum members.[/i]

It's one big happy family.
I do hope the more sensible heads in the Democrat party are taking note. Corbyn was on the backbenches in Parliament for 32 years before his chance came along:
Momentum is a training institute and movement incubator.
We give grassroots organizers the tools to build massive, decentralized social movements that aim to shift the terrain under policymakers’ feet.
