Yes, it's our old friend Dianne Abbott.
For ~10 years now, it has been illegal to drink alcohol on public transport - tubes, trains, buses etc.
It's One O'clock and time for a Mojito...
Transport for London introduced an alcohol ban on all public transport in the capital in 2008.
Ms Abbott said she was “sincerely sorry” for drinking the Marks and Spencer cocktail.
She wrote on Twitter: “A photo of me drinking from a can of M&S mojito on the Overground has been circulated.
“I’m sincerely sorry for drinking on TFL.”
Some Twitter users blasted shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott after she drank a £2 can of mojito on the Tube.
Tom Hunter tweeted: “Do the honourable thing and resign. You are a disgrace.”
Trevor Howson wrote: “One rule for MPs, anyone else has broken the law. A total disgrace.”

She got away with it scot-free. Nobody except Joe Public has said a thing, and this is the person who wants to be in charge of security, law and order etc.
