well who would have guessed it ...do these people think we don't know about certain types of crimes being related to certain types of peo0ple...mmmm and so its a given if numbers fall so will those crimes.....
however a great deal depends on how you measure crime as to whether there is an increase or decrease...and if the police decide not to investigate certain crimes... then obviously numbers of recorded crimes will reflect this
