Hopefully, somebody will come by and fix it for you or maybe your daughter when she gets home from work. I don't have time to watch TV very much and I never watch reality-TV, but I would miss the news shows.

grey cold and raining. they say every thing goes in threes.. so first my bedside lamp blows .. now the TV... wonder what the 3rd thing will be..replacing the TV is not a problem but the lamp I bought specificly for its height and design..... and have never seen another one quite like it....not the end of the world though

It's been a busy day and I haven't stopped long enough for lunch, so need to go find something yummy for dinner/supper.
Hope everyone is having a good week.

Beth..yes I did enjoy the garden really really enjoyed..kate an I set to work with a will..well she worked with a will and I went slow and steady with many sit downs and I have to say when we finally finished..it looked great.. grass cut..edges done..about half weeded and hoed ....it was well worth the effort..a little more this morning .. and then gradual tweaks and twitches during the next week and it will be in shape for the summer[if we get one ] That's good, mouse, nothing like welcoming spring with a will and a little effort. It is already 60 degrees F, just before daybreak on a cloudy morning. Rain is forecast but our high today is given by Accu-weather to be 76 F, so the showers must not be the cooling kind. I am expecting short and sweet. We are going out to the country today to check on the house and my 2 little gardens there, one for vegetables and one for flowers, mostly perennials. Starting in April, my son-in-law goes by once a week and cuts the grass so that part is taken care of. I am sure my garden is nothing compared to yours but it does draw a few butterflies so we enjoy it.

it sounds bliss Jessie...any and every garden if its loved is a delight and if it encourages wildlife such as butterflies than I am sure that's not all it encourages...friend of ours had a garden far to large for her to manage any longer even though she had some one into help..so she took a deep breath and left it to go wild..just had the whole area cut once a year after seeding time ... it was beautiful a haven for wild flowers and wild life within a couple of years and lovely to look at .[.her original plants seeded them selfs some survived some didn't]and once the area had been cut back she used also to spread wild flower seeds to add to the existing ones

Almost 10 a.m. and it looks like 7 a.m.. Showers today and cooler. I'm not sorry about that. It was getting too warm, too soon. Friday at last!

Bet they're really pretty though. Someone told me the fragrance is wonderful and there are packets especially chosen to attract butterflies.
