as the Philippines export their people to work as servants for the wealthy in such havens as Saudi..Quatar ..London...Paris etc .....why would they want to import more unless they are thinking they would get hefty subsidies but if they want them...let them have them and ALL the attendant problems

human rights was primarily to stop a situation like ww2 and the mass transportations and executions of peoples happening again..it wasn't conceived as a stick with which to beat once again a good idea with dire unintended consequencies
