I'm not sure the Carly win can be translated to votes. Maybe it's just me ... I don't always have my thumb on the pulse of the voting public ... but I do not think the GOP will select a woman as their nominee unless a suitable male is totally unavailable. VP? Yes ... but top dog .. I doubt it. Now, if they could arrange for Donald for prez and Carly for his VP, maybe. That might even be a winning combination.

Trump has lost ground and there are also some interesting disputes between Carson and Santorum.
I have a sense that sanity is slowly returning to the Republican Party and that in the end they'll choose a centrist candidate rather than one of the clowns on offer.

I wonder what Trump will do if he sees himself slipping. It will either be drop out or throw in more money. The money might work but at some point he is going to have to supply knowledgeable answers to serious questions. It might not be fun for him anymore if he has to work at educating himself. Of course Bush never did kthat but he could skid along on his family's reputation as a political power house. Trump does not have that advantage.
Watch for Rick Santorum to drop out soon.
