absolutely agree Cheffy....and is rioting supposed to intimidate the judge..well I guess it is or they wouldn't be rioting.. and the police stood by and did nothing...well that appears to be the French response to every thing do nothing and blame some one else.....and after a summer of strikes and immigrant kefuffles I would imagine normal traveling people are pretty tick off...its all slowly decending in to chaos

Well, if you look at the reasons this started it's pretty clear.
The authorities REFUSED to allow a son to attend his father's funeral.
So basically if they'd done what (for instance) the Krays were allowed to do and allowed the son to attend his father's funeral NONE of this trouble would have started.
It's entirely the fault of the French authorities.
Sure, the Roma should NOT have responded as they did but in any crime you have to look at the beginning of it.
And on that basis the French authorities stand convicted of deliberate incitement to riot (to say nothing of human rights violations).
But of course the victim is always to blame in our upside-down world with its sick sense of perverted values.

one gathers the son wanting release was in prison ?? since when do prisoners and the public get to decide who gets realed for such thinghs as funerals??? since when has the mob dictated to governance?? as for the victim...no victims are mentioned
