I can see a few failing in this proposal...especially when it comes down to ownership.. eg who owns state buildings??? surely its the people??not government.. and I cannot see tourists taking any notice anyway..click click click but it would give power to the elbow of variouis stasi...when people want to photograph their wrong doing or heavey handedness....yer cant do that there ere
