The Rolling Stones kick off their Zip Code tour in San Diego
The Rolling Stones prove they are as popular as ever as they perform Jumpin' Jack Flash and other hits in San Diego
The Rolling Stones launched their Zip Code tour of North America last night, playing for more than two hours in front of a huge audience in San Diego.
In front of a sold-out crowd at the Petco Park stadium, the stalwart foursome rocked hit after hit from their 50-year back catalogue.
As this video shows, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts opened with Jumpin' Jack Flash before Gary Clark Jr joined them for a rendition of Bitch from the band's Sticky Fingers album, which is being reissued this week.
A long catwalk extending from the stage allowed Jagger to dance, run and skip into the centre of the crowd.

At one point, he ran full-speed down the catwalk and across the stage.

The chamber choir from California State University, Long Beach, joined the band onstage for You Can't Always Get What You Want.
