Thank you one and all.
I have reached that point in life where I can now be an official curmudgeon and say just about anything I feel like saying as others don't pay any attention as they consider we old (mature?) folk as being just doddering old droolers.

You can be the official curmudgeon if you want, Men an tol, but that doesn't mean you don't say anything worthwhile. I feel I've had a little brush-up in U.S. Constitutional history over the past few months, not only because you share related information but because I feel compelled to double check on some of it. Have a memorable year, Randy. You know I wish you well.

Have a memorable year, Randy. You know I wish you well. It would be highly unlikely that we would agree on everything and almost as unlikely if we agreed on most things. The key is to try to learn as much as possible because if nothing else we all (with me leading the way) learn just how much we don't really know. The world we live in is a wondrous place and never enough time to learn more than a small piece of the puzzle. In these forums I have continually found new directions and new perspectives. Trying to follow the threads of ideas at least keeps one from trying find the answers in one's navel as the answers (such as they are) are in the wider world and the people in it.
