Well, "Hi, blondie" . So cute, Sugi. What kind of cat is (s)he? Sounds like a total success to me, mouse. I like to think every great day needs a little glitch or 2 to make it memorable. I'm moving toward my deadline late next week and so time is at a premium. Once that's past, I can concentrate on our up-coming 4th anniversary with JT and the name change and new domain. Exciting stuff! After that, we're going to try for a new member drive to last the summer into fall. If any of you have ideas for changes that might serve to improve this site, please do drop a line to Fret or me or any of the staff. Thanks in advance.

went to our craft afternoon yesterday..which I had totally forgotton about..am trying to learn how to crouchet chrocet[spelling] but with out much success...cannot hold the wool properly ....some how don't think I shall be making a blanket so that was a pleasant afternoon..nice nibbles too...and the house we went to have a super magnolia just coming into flower..beautiful all the cherry trees are now out in all the different colours all very pretty..though the daffs are beginning to die back its a fine day..no sun as yet...but one can only hope lest anyone thinks we do nothing but stuff our faces....have to say that talking and doing does work up an appitite and a thirst...well that's our excuse....if we haven't earned the right to indulge our selves now...then we never will

Mouse, maybe you'd enjoy different kinds of materials like jewelry making or mosiacs. I can cross stitch pretty well, but other than that, never was much good at sewing, etc., not dexterous enough. This is a lovely spring day and I'm determined to have a good'un. We're supposed to move from here into a rainy patch that will carry us through to the other side of the weekend. No doubt this will be the rain that brings out the remaining spring blooms. By this time next week, the Greater Ohio River Valley will be dressed in it's finest.

Sounds delicious, mouse.
Beautiful, warm spring day, today, but the allergy count is very high, so that means stay close to indoors if possible (for me). I'll be back and forth here today and tomorrow.
Tomorrow is forecast a high of 81 F, so the AC may get its first workout of the season.

Sounds like a good "summer" day, Joy. It's nice here, too but just starting to take a few baby steps toward leaving the chill behind. Enjoy that. I'm looking forward to some of the same in a few weeks.
