today is supposed to be SLIGHTLY better than the past ten days. it is supposed to only be 89 today, which is normal, rather than the nineties that we've had for a week and a half. whoop te doo though. what's the difference between a heat index of 97 and a heat index of 101?

an hour later, and unfortunately, i must revise. it is NOT going to be a better day. it is now supposed to be 91. what is truly terrible is that it is raining right nicely right now. that is a wonderful thing. sadly though, the sun will rear its ugly head after awhile, and make the day miserable

Jumbo my friend, you are a couple states too far south. Indiana is having perfect weather today.

Yes but Jumbo, you will probably have a mild winter while those of us north of you have been advised to get ready for a real pounding!

Jumbo my friend, you are a couple states too far south. Indiana is having perfect weather today. yeah, i know. actually, right where we are didn't turn out too bad. the clouds that were supposed to be gone around noon, stayed until about three. it ended up only making it up to eighty, which would be great if there wasn't sixty or seventy percent humidity to go with it

Yes but Jumbo, you will probably have a mild winter while those of us north of you have been advised to get ready for a real pounding! i can deal with a mild winter. last year was worse than 2011, which was still better than the previous couple of years. we never got below twenty. i can live with that. for sure, in the winter, the further north you go, the worse it is. i love the snow when it comes for a couple of days, then goes away. i hate the snow when it comes in november, and don't leave until april
