What did I say about working up to the full non-stop hour in stages, eh? I put an ice pack on it after the workout, today. That would have been my advice - elevating it at the same time, naturally.

No, really - straight up (as in honestly, not how the leg should be elevated!).

Oh I know. I was serious ... multi-tasking and didn't have time for more atg that instant. I also took a pain pill. I know that's cheating but had to go to an event this evening and couldn't be hobbling. Forgot to log out. Now, I'm back and the knee feels Ok but I know when the meds wear off it will hurt. The thing is, one has to manage to handle a little hurt now and then. Builds character, don't ya know.

There's a lot of people around my neck of the woods that'd say that pain is a merely a state of mind. But that's the way the government moulds 'em...

I have a mid-level pain tolerance, or so PT tells me, but I can't sleep with pain and really and honestly Hate It! So, here's hoping the weakness starts getting stronger, soon.

The folk Tempus is referring to are ones you REALLY want to be on your side - they're called Royal Marines...

Or at least, that's the usual way of things. Anyway, have you got yours in today? Come on, no shillyshallying with daytime TV or chilling on your lunchbreak. Crack on!

lol That's very impressive but similar to the "no pain no gain" mantra.
I won't be walking today. It's a work day and there'll be no time. Back at it tomorrow, though.

Sun and clouds. I do not know what the weather will do today. I have a doctor appointment this afternoon. Otherwise, I have no plans. It should be a fairly easy day.
I hope the weather in England is turning into spring, finally.
