Beth, have to quit using the links you post as I end up spending money I shouldn't be spending LOL I know how that is, Chris. My daughter sends them to me .. sometimes with a particular page circled. That issue of Signals has lovely bangle bracelets, painted with Van Gogh art work. I dropped hints but did not get one for Christmas. oh well.

Good Morning, Mark ... out there on the briny blue. Hope your day's a good'un. Morning Beth - you're up late ;D Well, it's not so much briney blue here on the River Humber - more like slate grey, & with the mud that's in it you could almost walk on it without having the initials JC!!! It's almost as bad as the Missisippi between the Delta & Baton Rouge in springtime - very muddy indeed... Sadly there's high cloud, so no sightings of the meteor shower this morning. Mild though, 11C/52F

had a double western bacon cheeseburger tonight with santa fe sauce and skipped the bbq sauce.....haven't had that sauce in almost 20 years since I worked at Carl's Jr so this was a special treat for me........my son laughed how excited I was over the burger but with the bacon, onion rings and sauce......it is outstanding and Carl's Jr was a good place to work

Very sunny but very cold today. Had to go in to work, even though I'm off until March. Why would I do such a thing? Payday, of course!

My son loves to fish at Lake Berryessa which is about 28 miles from here and I never realized the Zodiac killer murdered some people there
