I hope you have a joyful weekend, mouse.
It is almost spring-like weather here but according to the weather forecast, this is the last day of it and temperatures will fall sharply overnight. Some of the east is going to get freezing rain and snow but I don't know whether it will happen here. Hope not.

There are a lot of government workers here so if the weather is bad it will at least give them a reason to be glad to stay home. I guess some would rather get paid.

the temps here are unseasonably mild still[its minus 2 in Paris where the yellow gilets will be out again today making their point of disgust anger and contempt] I believe our temps will lower once we get to the new year Mishy is ruling the roost as ever...

Maggie Smith .. Judy Dench and one whose name I know but cannot think of..they are all of an age and have known each other for decades with lots of stories and giggles.. all very gentle and funny too ...well worth a look if it comes your way

Sounds like a good show. I can't a lot to interest me on TV unless it's Netflix.
The temps are unseasonably warm here, too. In the 50s for most of the week coming up. Somebody at work said we have el nino going on. I'm not sure about that.

If it isn't el nino, it's something else unusual. Temps here are forecast to go into the 60s F this afternoon, then back into 50s high for the rest of the week. Even Alexa sounded a little exasperated. My family is having a NY Day party tomorrow and thinking of changing it to an outdoor BBQ.
