Good afternoon everyone! I'm home from school. Good afternoon, Whose. How is your New England weather? It has turned off quite cool here.

Congrats on a good day, mouse. What colour did you finally get? Gray and taupe are good. I got mid to light grey with a thin black line check...and a dark navy blue with a burnt orange thin line check...I like a bit of variety for every day wear...black is so boring and of course theres a limit to how many pairs of black one should own even if they are in different styles and slightly different blacks so am well chuffed They sound very stylish for fall, mouse. The thin check gives you a wider colour choice for accenting your ensembles.

aka - fabulous wardrobe. I go back to work in November so am in the process of checking out and adding to the clothes I need for that. At home I go mostly with shorts and dresses in the summer and yoga pants and fleece in the winter. lol (speaking of boring) I wouldn't be without my fleeces...so cosy for when its cold ideal for lolling around in as they never crush or sag

off out again this morning..friends picking me up and we are off to buy materials for sewing with [no I don't sew] but one of them does...and she is making me a floating draped evening jacket..think 1920s..they are all the thing here..i love them to dress up a plain outfit and need some thing new for this winter..plus I like some thing just that little bit different any way they were told of a wonderland of materials and that is where we are going...seems the place is full of embroidered silks..velvet...satins etc etc exotic and unusual...so sounds just our cuppa tea
a lovely sunny morning..chilly but good

It's pretty darn chilly here today. Hoping all this sun warms it up as the day goes on. It's only the middle of the morning now.
Trying to decide what kind of Halloween outfit to get for my little kiddo. She has one party and the usual trick or treating.

up late this morning,,,rather grey and cold outside and not going anywhere tom orrow we are off for the weekend at son 1s..looking forward to seeing his new cat...
Beth..got the material,,,rather super it is too..i think it could be described as velveteen...any way it feels and looks like velvet and has a good nap on it and the shades it turn to as it hits the light or drapes...simply fantatic its Orange but comes over from burnt to bright to sutle etc etc ...we all loved the materials so much one friend bought the same in a deep raspberry.....
