it was like two totally different teams. if i recall, i had them pegged to only lose one, or possibly two more games. not the rest of them. you can't spend your life blaming a curse for your failures. hell, bear has been dead for years. that curse trip has been around almost as long as i have But, when they need a handy come-back for seasons such as this one, it's a pleasure to drag it out. LSU is the one that did them in ... just wiped them out toward the end of October. All the hustle fell by the wayside and they seemed stunned. The next week (I think) they played Mississippi. Played a good game but Miss squeaked by to win. At that point, it seemed they lost their mojo. Six losses in a row ... This season has been hard for them to take. yeah, i don't think that anyone was ready for the whuppin' that lsu laid on them. the measure of a good team though, is the ability to come back after something like that. it looked that they had against mississippi. there was nothing horrific about that loss, but, they just completely folded, and proceeded to lose games that they should have won by two touchdowns what started off with so much promise became a catastrophe for the folks that like the blue
