Hi Beth, I haven't been able to get in here for a while. Every time I looked in I had no message box on my screen. It seems okay now.

Hi Beth, I haven't been able to get in here for a while. Every time I looked in I had no message box on my screen. It seems okay now. Oh! Ouch! We went through some very annoying problems with PB during the month of June. Since they've applied Google Cloud, things have been better. Hope they stay that way. Anyone who has trouble logging in can email theloom@jenstapestry.com and tell us about it. We can take it to Pro Boards Support from there. Thanks for letting us know, Who. It's good to see you back. You were missed!

Hi everyone. Happy July. Sorry I've not been around much lately..... normal service will, hopefully, be resumed soon! We've had a couple of warm days in Sunny Sussex by the sea but guess what, today it is raining and miserable again! My eldest son is between jobs at the moment and he is busy re-designing our garden. He has built a patio, a raised flower border (using old scaffold boards) and has rotivated the lawn area for the new turf that is arriving on Thursday (OK to rain when it is down)! He is going to put in another flower border and two or three veg patches. We might even have a greenhouse! We are also going to have a wild flower section! Should be finished by August. Will post a picture then. I know he is looking forward to finishing the garden for his grandad, who will be able to sit out on the patio and enjoy it in his old age.

How nice to see you, Who. I have missed you, morning and night. You too, Maggie. It is a delight that you are posting here again! The sun has just come out and we are getting ready for the celebrations tomorrow. We are having company from Tennessee and it should be a festive occasion. I baked 2 pies this morning, one cherry and one blueberry. They will be served with vanilla ice cream so we will have red, white and blue. We are not going to grill but instead, we got several different meats and cheeses from the deli to set out a help-yourself spread.

G'day all. Just a quick post to say that it's very nice here in Icmeler in Turkey. Glorious sunshine, and very warm. We saw 43C at one point yesterday . Can recommend the place.

mmmm Yummy, Sugi. Wish I had a bouquet like that on my mantle over the fireplace. Would make the room seem like summer, inside.

Aww ... not me, Who. Looks like Sadie's new pup. Sorry if you're too chilly. We are muggy, rainy, foggy and soggy.

Aside from that I hope you hada really good time.
