The best voice? IMHO the big guy, Pavarotti. But it's just great. Enjoy.

And I can't believe I've never posted this group!
This is Australia 75 or 76 where their music just went wild. I think we were the ones who sent them over the top. They were just a phenomenon and they really still are.
It's an ordinary vid but it catches some of their magic before they stopped touring live.

Reading the comments, I was surprised to see people who really didn't like John Fornham doing the lead vocal on this one Personally, I think he's very good. The arrangement is some different from the original and, to me, is better - especially for a live performance.

Nice couple of songs beth. Here's the song by Rafferty. Had a mate who blew his speakers on this. He had the vol up so high...boom. Oh yeah, what a way to go.

A rare 1976 live version from Blondie. Good song that I haven't heard in ages. Debbie wasn't there for her voice, that's for sure. I'm interested in the way they really increase the tempo when she gets to the last verse and chorus. It's starts to sound a lot more punkish and I think I'm right that she was hanging out in NY or London with Sid Vicious and crew and the early punks.
Good song.

A very, sweet wholesome song from '79 which is not what Debbie was up to in real life. But it's a little known Blondie song and I enjoy it.

Apparently she puts on a great show just as long as she doesn't fall off the stage.

You'll find me in a Berlin bar, in a corner brooding..What lyrics. A great album from a performer who sadly never really achieved her promise. But The Kick Inside is stunning. So many great songs. This is one.

Maybe not one of his best songs but a great history tour. Good clip.
