another beautiful day,,, its so wonderful waking up to bright sunshine... it makes you feel energised and ready to face the day...a pleasure to get up and its great to see people in all their bright summer colours after the drab winter wear....and no one is covering up their colours with jackets and cardigans etc etc ..
notice the wicked sister is at it yet again.. urging Meghan to get Harry to bribng her father over here and blah blah blah ... stupid bitter and envious nasty creature..... I suppose she could be doing this for years to come .. eughghgh
and one of the nephews was found to have a knife on him when patted down to enter a night club... he then ran away... but the police visited the hotel and warned him about knife carrying [his excuse for having a knife was.. trumps speech rivers of blood flowing in London hospital wards]
yes rendering is very practical... I also paint a border of Bitumen about three/four inches where the wall ends and the paving and steps begin... it seals it tightly and damp cannot climb upwards

Not many people have perfect families, but poor Meghan got stick with more American Crazies than she deserved. She seems like a good girl and her mom seems okay, too. She and Harry seem to be made for each other so maybe they'll survive. Best wishes to them.

unfortunately the wicked sister seems to have an ally in TZM or some thing...and flicking through the papers up she comes...... .shes got family who appear to delight in being vile ..... and yes her Mother seems very pleasant and very much better than other family members by miles..could fit in any where unlike the rest of them as for Meghan herself its too early to make any comments about her yet... theres a way to go and bridges to be crossed ....... just hope she makes Harry happy... forget he is Royal.. he has had a tough time one way and another
later on looking through the papers came across this """"The Queen has lent Meghan Markle her assistant private secretary Samantha Cohen, 49, as part of the bride's plans to become an effective royal. Ms Cohen last year quit the royal household after an extraordinary row between her boss Sir Christopher Geidt, Prince Charles and Prince Andrew. But Ms Cohen has been convinced to stay and was seen at the royal wedding on Saturday (main picture) and prepared Meghan for Tuesday's Buckingham Palace garden party - her first appearance as Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex""""
don't remember which paper it was... but a good step in the right direction.. to stop problems and see pitfalls before they begin ..
she and Harry have ruffled an awful lot of feathers by doing things their way inregard to the wedding its self and leaving people off the guest list ... hopefully William amd Kate will sort out make things easier with the continental royals... and Harry will have to do some damage limitations in his family
Camillas quoted as saying ""it was a wonderful day and every thing went off well ...they[family] had got to the stage of wondering what would happen next in the will he wont he saga and were happy all ended well""" in the end and the weather couldn't have been better if you don't know our weather you wont know what an impact it has on life...not just weddings...we can never ever plan with certainty to have any sort of out door happening

The ruffled feathers need to let the people directly involved call the shots and get over it.
Harry could have done much worse or not married at all. Those who love him will be on his side and the others shouldn't matter.
It's cooler here today but lots or bright sun.

We have had random showers with sun in between, today. Our hope is the sun peaks out tomorrow and stays with us all weekend. This is Memorial Day weekend when we make drives to visit and decorate the graves of family members and friends. This year, there are 2 new graves and we must drive a little further. Some of our family went today to try to get back by Friday and not get into the heavier traffic situations. Such nice weather for such a somber occasion.

It's cooler here today but lots or bright sun. what are you talking about?... what ruffled feather? when it comes to sides Harry is very popular...has grown from a naughty little scamp pulling face...then losing his mother and rather questionable teenaged year... before he settled down.....and now he is married... and so many wish him well even the anti monarchists why posting about the ugly sister brought on your comments I really don't know...... and why the QUEEN providing some one to teach Meghan the do,s and donts ... cannot see whats wrong with either but the Markel family have been ... interesting and to some extent amusing .....and that's putting it mildly ... even the Royals waiting for what would and will happen next... as for get over it.. well just untill the ugly sister has another go and by the way... I am one of the people involved as is every tax payer in the UK.. very much so... who do you think payed for the day?... remembering that Harry does not have an income and isn't a very wealthy man.... .....and the royals would not be footing the bill for all the security ..from chioppers to bobbies on the beat to the plain clothes chaps you couldn't see it rained during the night.. and its still gloomy and dark...though supossedly the sun returning for weekend and bank holiday

Man, it's a hot one Like seven inches from the midday sun
Going to be moving towards 90 F today. It's the last day of kindergarten and they get to leave early. I have a split shift today so am going to pick up my daughter and head for my friend's house where there's an extra large wading pool set up for the kids. Swimming lessons are set for later in the summer at the Y.

I'm sure they try, and we all grew up0 without catching anything. Still, a pool owned by a private organization has to have more safety features.

I agree with you although we always used public pools when I was growing up, and we survived.

We have spent the day decorating the graves of family members so other visitors will have the fresh flowers to help them remember those dearly loved and now gone. An old custom but one many families take seriously, still. The graves of soldiers, sailors and other service personnel are already decorated with flags and red, white and blue pendents. Tomorrow, we shall go to church services with the usual Memorial Day theme, and then on Monday we'll participate in a grill out with friends. A busy weekend guaranteed to build memories.

It's full blown summer here now. We might have a couple of cool days here and there but no more cold weather for a long while. Today is for going to cemeteries and paying respects. Tomorrow will be for get togethers and outdoor grills - both, family days.

We have a shower or 2 forecast for today, but I doubt it will amount to much.
Yes, it's summer again.
