I even gave you a karma for that one. Petrossian caviar is the most delicious food in the world. My favorites are Ossetra and pressed - alone or with blini and creme fraiche. I know we are off topic, but I'n not sure I could bring myself to eat fish eggs no matter the fancy name. It is divine, Chef. But you have to get the really good stuff. (The cheap stuff is disgusting.) Petrossian is the best.
